Law of Manifestation

The Outsiders are masters of secrecy, hiding and deceit. The purpose of a planet that causes energy to slow down and manifest is to make the parasitic presence and agendas known.
It is critical that the seeds of Evil/destruction be made visible in order to have them identified and removed.
